Don't really know who Intrix was until they send me their newsletter. I was using their water heater the whole time! Their water heater had amazing performance with consistent temperature. I feel the difference when I went to a hotel and had a bad experience in the shower. So this is what bad water heater feels like huh? Inconsistent temperature that almost burned my skin! Anyway, I am glad to be home to enjoy my showers. Cheers!

Customer service is very goood. When i got problem that time, their people answered it quite fast. Installation also very fast, after payment they kao dim everything in 2 days. Installation also follow sop and where mask. Very happy with their service.

Very good water filter for our office use

Went to their showroom and was instantly sold, purchased their Reinz for my condo. The taps that they offered is really nice looking especially in modern kitchen. The aesthetics of my kitchen was on another level after the installation. The fact that it also provides hot water instantly is also a plus for someone lazy like me.

Bought their water heater and it's a terrible mistake. Spoilt numerous time right after the 1 year warranty and this time I'm definitely not going to spend money fixing it. Not even worth one star. They deserve zero star. Avoid at all cost.

Just got my Reinz few days ago, man it was amazing! The tap was classy and I've pass my electric kettle to my brother in law. Haha. Overall the tap quality is very good and it has the sturdy built quality to it. Nice!
