Before installation, we will send a subscription registration link for you to fill-in your preferred credit card details. Auto debit deduction of monthly subscription charges will take place following that.

The installation process usually takes within 1 to 2 hours, including hole-drilling on the countertop for One Tap's faucet installation and connection.

Yes, each unit comes with a standard three (3) year defect warranty except for the filters. The filter lifespan highly depends on the quality of incoming water. The warranty also includes on-site comprehensive warranty (parts and labours covered) at no additional cost.
