Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website, provided the address is within Malaysia. You have the ability to change this address through the “edit profile” feature and during the confirmation stage at the checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the delivery.

When an order is accepted, we will do our best to ensure that your order will be dispatched and installed (if required) within 7 working days of order placement. This is subject to stock availability and receipt of clear funds, however Intrix cannot be held liable for

(a) any failure or late deliveries for any reason

(b) any damage or loss due to unloading or packaging; or

(c) damage to property caused upon entering premises to deliver the products

We will, however, work with our appointed third-party courier services and yourself to ensure a smooth delivery. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event prior to the cancellation of your order, we agree to redeliver your order on your request, as long as you agree to pay such re-delivery charges.

You must inspect the products and verify your order upon delivery, and notify us within 7 days from the date you receive the products of any incorrect order or damaged products, in writing or by contacting our customer services team at 1-700-81-6608. We will only accept returns and proceed for a refund, subject to the following:

a) Products are returned only in Malaysia.

b) The products were received in the last 7 days

c) Products must be problematic and in their original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice.

For food safety requirements, no refund or exchange will be given for consumables (capsules) if the packaging (box) has been opened. Please verify prior to opening the packaging by reading the details of the content written on the packaging.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and you have to bear the cost of shipping the item back to us.
You cannot refuse to accept products merely because they are not delivered by any given date or dates.


If the item you purchased is defective in material and workmanship due to our fault, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund, at our discretion as appropriate in accordance with these terms and our prevailing exchange policy, if any, within 14 working days counted from the date the return goods is received.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
No need the standard manufacturer’s warranty terms applicable for the specific Intrix product purchased under this Agreement, all other warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, trade usage, or course of dealing are excluded to fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for purpose, satisfactory quality and/or compliance with description are excluded.
